Responsible for design and development of real time embedded software/firmware and PC/mobile based software application.
*Incumbent generally works under broad supervision and has ability to solve complex problems arising during the flow of work
*Incumbent can work on complex concepts and implementation
*Incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline, possesses strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of complex problems, and analyse possible solutions using standard procedures.
*Limited guidance and direction is provided.
*To Analyse domain specific technical or low level requirement and modification as per end customer or system requirement.
* Participate in high level requirements analysis, High level and low level software design
* Perform software testing including unit, functional and system level requirement including manual and automated
* Performs code review following coding guidelines and static code analysis
* Troubleshoots software problems of limited difficulty.
* Documenting technical deliverable like software specifications, design document, code commenting, test cases and test report, Release note etc. throughout the project life cycle.
* Follow defined process for software Development life cycle
*Develops software solutions from established programming languages or by learning new language required for specific project.
*Develop new approaches to complex design problems.
Required Candidate profile
Experience / Education and Technical Skills
Experience : 3-7 years
Qualification : B.E/M.E , B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent
Development on Android in JAVA
Experience on embedded software development
o Strong JAVA development
o Android AOSP
o Embedded linux systems (ARM preferred)
o Scope of work, Develop and test the various software features
- Android Services (Mediaplayer, Instrument cluster services, Car
Client-server oriented application
o Follow developments and integrate relevant patches to optimize
performance and maintain the security of platform;
o Experience or knowledge of Following tools
- Android Studio
o Review (static analysis) of peer programming and track bug list.
o Expert in developing source code based on specific schedule.
o Implement Unit testing strategy
o Experience in Software integration and validation methodologies.
o Experience of working in SCRUM team in Agile methodology.
o Team Player with strong communication skills in English.
o Problem solving techniques & capability.
