POSITION TITLE: Associate director/ director
Job Responsibilities:
- 8+ years Sales hunter with experience in pursuing new logo opening through diligent prospecting and extensive networking efforts within professional network, industry, partners and the company
- Scale existing accounts using creative mining skills while proactively identifying roadblocks, obstacles to increasing business
- Create Business Risk and contingency planning for existing Business
- Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions - Leveraging eInfochips different Technology offerings
- Work closely and collaboratively with DM's to manage the quality and quantity of account activities to build a strong pipeline
- Facilitate Monthly, QBR's , Half-Yearly Executive reviews
- Nurture Senior Leadership relations
- Develop and continuously evolve an A/C growth plans and strategies
- Handle Contractual agreements, Engagement models, Financing / Invoicing, sourcing and DSO
- Use Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report goals
- Learn specific Industry sectors and future roadmap
Skill Sets:
- Experience working in Engineering and R&D services business models and strong familiarity with
outsourcing business
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
- Excellent Client Relationships skills and a passion for technology
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good Prospecting, Negotiating, Decision-making and Inter-personal skills

Salary: USD 1,00,000 & above PA.
